1. General Provisions
1.1. These rules define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the client (hereinafter – the Renter) and the service provider Mikroautobusų nuoma, UAB (hereinafter – the Lessor) related to the ordering, cancellation, and execution of minibus rental services.
1.2. The services on the website www.mikroautobusunuomaeu.lt may be used by:
- natural persons who are legally competent, at least 21 years old, and have held a category B driver’s license for no less than 2 years;
- legal entities, through authorized representatives who meet the same age and driving experience requirements as above.
1.3. By purchasing the service (confirming the order), the Renter confirms that they meet the age and driving experience requirements. The Lessor reserves the right to request documents proving compliance with these conditions.
2. Document Verification on Site
2.1. Document verification is carried out on-site when collecting the vehicle. The Renter must present a valid personal identification document and a driver’s license.
2.2. If the Renter does not meet the specified requirements (age, driving experience, valid driver’s license), the Lessor has the right to:
- refuse to hand over the vehicle;
- unilaterally terminate the rental agreement without a refund.
3. Booking and Payment
3.1. The contract is considered concluded when the client:
- fills out the reservation form on the website;
- reads and agrees with these rules;
- provides the necessary information and makes an advance payment.
3.2. The Lessor confirms the order via email or phone.
3.3. Payment is made in advance via online banking or credit/debit card.
4. Cancellation Policy
4.1. The Renter has the right to cancel the reservation no later than 14 calendar days before the start of the rental by notifying via email or phone.
4.2. In such case, the full amount paid will be refunded within 14 days of receiving the notice.
4.3. If the reservation is canceled less than 14 days in advance, the payment is non-refundable.
4.4. If the client does not show up or fails to provide the proper documents, it is considered that the service was provided – no refund will be issued.
5. Vehicle Handover and Return
5.1. The Renter picks up and returns the minibus at the agreed location.
5.2. The following conditions apply:
- the vehicle must be in the same condition as when issued;
- complete, clean;
- with the same amount of fuel.
5.3. If any defects or damages are found, an official report is drawn up.
5.4. The Renter is fully responsible for damages, lost equipment, or excessive wear.
6. Final Provisions
6.1. By placing the order, the Renter confirms that:
- they have read these rules;
- they meet all requirements;
- they understand that if incorrect data is provided, the Lessor has the right to terminate the agreement without compensation.
6.2. The Lessor reserves the right to change the rules, informing users via the website.
6.3. Disputes are resolved through negotiation or in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
